iCELL Network Wireless Access
Nationwide Free Wireless — Wireless@SG

This service is provided with support under the IDA’s initiative known as Wireless@SG. Its goal is grow Wireless Internet Connectivity and public access thereto in Singapore and the use of high speed broadband use and ancillary services for the national good.

Terms and Conditions

When you use the iCELL service:

1. By selecting "Proceed" I am registering to iCELL Network's Wireless@SG Free Wi-Fi Access service and shall provide the information required in the following screen.
2. iCELL Network does not guarantee the suitability of the wireless service for any specific application. Signal strength which may vary or fail altogether due to certain factors which are not within iCELL Network's control, including, but not limited to, building structure, building material, natural or artificial barriers, electrical or electromechanical interference and weather. iCELL Network shall not be liable for any loss arising from such failure.
3. Due to the nature of the wireless access, there is an inherent risk of wrongful, illegal or unauthorised access by third parties to the User's computer(s) and/or account(s). The User hereby acknowledges and accepts the risk of such wrongful, illegal or unauthorised access and hereby agrees that iCELL Network shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such failure.
4. The User agrees not to use the service in violation of any laws or regulations applicable from time to time or to misuse the service in any manner deemed inappropriate by iCELL Network.
5. iCELL Network reserves the right to terminate the User's account at any time due to breach or non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions referred to above which are applicable and binding on the User at all times.
